If you would like Copperphoto to attend your event, or you have any queries about what we do, please give us a call or send an email. We always do our best to ensure complete satisfaction for both organisers and competitors for every job we do. When we receive a completed booking form, we will telephone or email you to confirm that we are able to commit to your event, and to ensure that we have all the information we require. There is no charge to the event - our income is derived from image sales. In addition, we can often arrange to contribute to fundraising by sponsoring a class or race, or paying for an advert in the schedule. Images are provided to event organisers free of charge for promotional use. As you would expect, we are fully insured including public liability insurance. Further details can be provided on request. We are based on the Powys/Herefordshire borders, and are happy to travel nationwide and further for bookings. |
